During these times of confinement, the Programme Balance in Flow has shifted its emphasis, in order to prioritize the specific needs of the dancers.

Now more than ever, it has become essential that we support the physical, emotional and mental wellbeing of our Artists.

The goal nowadays is to provide them with the tools needed to achieve inner strength and face the challenges of surviving artistically through these uncertain times.

The priority of this Program now is to maintain the students in shape both mentally and emotionally, to maintain their motivation and to utilise these times to explore ways for personal growth in new areas.

The content of this program remains the same as it was originally created and can be reached throughout the website.
