The Oriental practices of Shiatsu and Yin Qigong which have been practised for centuries, offer us the knowledge to develop inner strength, grounding, a solid presence and a true power. They also help us to connect and discover sensation from within in stillness to eventually translate it into movement.

 

Practising in twos or individually (Self-Shiatsu), participants will learn to tune in with their bodies and to be in the receptive mode. 

They will learn to take responsibility for their own well-being by acquiring the tools for self-care, to maintain health, prevent injuries and speed up recovery.

With the addition of breathing techniques, participants will achieve a sense of deep relaxation and inner balance of the body to later on unleash their vitality and recharge their energy. Learning how to rest is as important as working intensively.
